You know what really grinds my gears...
Bought a yogurt product called "Flip" I think...it's yogurt and it seems to come with some kind of granola or whatever to dump into it or whatever...
I grabbed two that were on top of each other assuming they were the same. That's on me, no question. I thought I had purchased two vanilla yogurt + peanut butter & chocolate pieces. Turns out the other one is Key Lime with graham crackers and white chocolate...
What kind of ****** flavor is that? What are you doin'...? Is this a joke...? It's gross. ****** stupid...****

This happens to me every 3 months or so. Even just one night of using a pillow that's too big causes it.I've had that so bad it's taken three days to correct. The worst!

When I saw a mention in my notifications I thought it was for my spamming the PDT thread with STOTU.

Maybe if you had been put on a motorcycle at a young age you wouldn’t have such soft neck meat.

A little deep tissue massage in the right spot sometimes helps a little, but it's never in the spot that hurts. You have to massage the shoulder to help the neck or vice versa or sometimes around the shoulder blade.

Yeah, I pinched a nerve drying my hair one time before work. The shititude of that was off the charts. Three days for me too. Heat was what solved it. Couldn't turn my head to the right all that time.pinched nerve. every time. and when that happens, you're f'd. for 3 days. heat will help a little. nothing else will. Are you pinching a nerve or is it fragile neckmeat that can't handle a 48 degree angle...?
It's not a chronic issue for me. I always get my neck loose before athletic activities. But have you gotten in that hold-you-upside thing for people with bad backs? Does that help that? I don't even know...
