Harbor Breeze (Lowe's brand). The remote receiver for our master bedroom fan is failing, so I need to replace it. Nowhere on the damn receiver is a part number, or anything that may help identify it. Fine, I'll check the remotes. Same thing, no part numbers. Looking online, there are multiple models of this remote that all work with different receivers, and they all look identical to one another. Managed to find the right after messaging a seller on eBay.

Put part numbers on your **** parts.

Up your snot rocket game.

I have pin point precision with them because of years of shooting them through the bars of my goalie cage.

I have nothing nice to say about Navy FCU.
Did you know that you cannot make electronic transfers from a Navy Share Savings account to an external bank account? I didn't, so now I need to drive over to a physical location to get a cashier's check close my account.

Thanks to Navy FCU's fraud issue from last year or so, my normal CU put a hold on their cashier's check. Funds will be released in $5k increments every 2-4 days. Never again.

The staff at the branch I went to were very pleasant, so there's that. I did think it was a little odd that they didn't ask me why I was closing out my account.

Going back to the USPS gripes from the other thread.....

I ordered a jacket off Amazon on 12/30. It's a cheapy three-season thing from a retailer in China, so the delivery was forecast for 1/23. All well and good, no big deal. I checked the order and saw that it had arrived at the USPS facility in SF on 1/7. Neat! Early delivery!

Then on 1/14 it was updated to another SF facility. Then on 1/15 it was 'Out for South San Francisco'. Then on 1/16 to the USPS facility in Millbrae (where SFO is). Then today back to the SF distribution center. So this dopey jacket has spent the last week being driven back and forth around the peninsula near my house, but not actually to my house.

I’m having a similar issue with an eBay order from China. It hit the Philly post office two weeks ago, and has been “in transit to” my post office (15 minutes away) ever since. I actually opened up an usps inquiry to see if somebody can check up on it.

Also, potholes around here are criminally offensive. I hit one with my car on the freeway and it bulged my tire - so now I have to replace that too. Our roads are just garbage.

I hit a massive one on Lowries Run Rd the other day. Was shocked that I didn't get a flat.

They're no better on this side of the state. Potholes forced me to replace my summer wheels last year, and this year they seem to be just as bad. There are multiple large potholes nearby with traffic cones sitting in them to warn drivers.

What's hilarious to me, is that they JUST replaced these roads out here in Robinson last year. This year, they're falling apart where they just did the connections.

The amount of shoddy work that happens is just awful.

Liberty Avenue coming out of town is a slalom course with the potholes.
