My wife and I just switched our disposal company. Some interesting happenings going on in Lancaster County. Eagle Disposal, one of the largest providers, has been completely off the rails for the last six months. Constantly missing trash days/recycling and chalking it up to "staffing issues". Sorry, that excuse isn't going to fly when you are still charging us for a service. The final straw was Monday, when once again neither of our bins was emptied and we have received no communication as to why or when they will be.

A bunch of people have reached out to the state attorney general's office and I have been in touch with a journalist at LNP. It's inexcusable. @Faftorial, have you heard any rumblings about this or do you have them too?

My town contracts with some company and charges the residents and I don't think it's Eagle Disposal. They either didn't show or didn't take the trash once a few months ago. They will only take bagged trash from cans -- loose trash (which I never leave but the df downstairs does) is left in the can.
