Is that some sort of tactic where if the brownies have zucchini in them that makes them "healthy" and therefore she can more easily rationalize eating them?

I had a former co-worker on some keto diet rave about some flourless, carb free brownies she made with avocado, cocoa, and stevia. She swore it was better than a real brownie.

Yeah, **** off with that nonsense. As the kids say, that's copium talking there. She did lose a bunch of weight at that time, but if her Facebook picture is accurate, she got tired of the keto brownies.
