Would a credit from Mac make you feel better?Looks like the package is 52 lbs. I'm not going to call FedEx and hurt the schmuck financially, I'm just venting about how shitty your company's service is compared to everyone else.

Hey. My company got the package to the shmuck's truck. They're independent service providers.

Did they, though? I can't trust the "At local FedEx facility" status, either.Hey. My company got the package to the shmuck's truck. They're independent service providers.

Arrived at local FedEx facility = inbound scan after unload from the trailer
On FedEx vehicle for delivery = van load scan onto the van

I take back what I said earlier. Now I want somebody's ass nailed to a wall. I called again and they escalated the issue to the facility manager. No scheduled delivery date available at this time.
Scheduled delivery: Pending

ballderdash. it is perfectly reasonable to expect flawless service for the speedy delivery of a......foosball table.....in the middle of a 4 month stretch of unprecedented demand

I would like to take a moment to remind 5AF that I ordered a pair of Raycon earbuds on June 30th that still haven't been delivered. UPS Innovations can suck on a high hard one.

Isn’t UPS Innovations the same as Basic, where the USPS handles the final delivery?

Theoretically.Isn’t UPS Innovations the same as Basic, where the USPS handles the final delivery?
The way it works, the 'tracking number' that gets transmitted to the USPS is actually a batch that's assigned to an entire pallet of packages (all under 5 lbs individually). And when it is transmitted to USPS the status reflects as 'Accepted' on the USPS website they do not necessarily have physical custody of the parcel(s) in question. But once the status goes 'Accepted' at USPS the UPS Innovations vendor disclaims all ability to do anything about the package, and will refer all claims to USPS..... who may be completely powerless to do anything about it; my package has shown as 'Accepted' at my local Post Office location since July 14th, but it honestly might still be in New Jersey. It is a uniquely terrible business model.
Also, the retailer from whom I purchased the product is uncooperative as well. I've contacted their customer support with "I ordered your product directly from your site on June 30th, it still isn't in my hands." and the response was "Wait longer!" They did the hard work of acquiring me as a customer, and have completely undone that effort through their lack of urgency in making sure I had their product. If they make it right by sending me a replacement set of ear buds via FedEx or some other more expedited and direct shipping method, I'm more likely to return to them for other products in the future. By dithering, I'm never spending any money with them again, regardless of the quality of their goods (presuming I ever do actually get them).

I’d be filing a chargeback on my credit card by now, personally. You’re never getting the item.

Their customer service responded today with "We can reship the item, or issue a refund." I said "If you can re-ship using a more direct method that omits UPS Innovations, please do that. If not, please process a refund. Thanks."

I’m curious to know how they respond to that. If it were an Amazon order, not only would they accommodate you, but you’d get a few bucks in Amazon gift cards for your trouble, too.

Last week I ordered a blu ray on Amazon for 32.09. It's supposed to be delivered today and I noticed the price has since dropped to 24.99. I connected with chat and asked them if they could adjust the price since the movie hasn't even been delivered. Nope. Can't make price adjustments.
So, I'm returning the movie when it comes and reordering under the new price.
