I'd just throw on headphones and ignore it until he's out. Side note, I can't imagine sitting at my desk and working without headphones on mainly because you end up having to listen to dumb **** like idiots clicking a pen over and over.

I've had two different people independently tell me the same story, that Michael Bay had an admin fired at Digital Domain because they were typing too loudly.
Bay part-owned the company for a time, and had an office on-site, but the only times he was ever in was for shot reviews. The admin supported another executive and was sat outside Bay's office. He was taking a break between reviews, and just had it with how loudly the admin was typing and snapped.

The people that actually ran the day-to-day of the company realized how stupid this was, and made a show of fake-firing the person and escorted them out. But told them to come back the next day like normal, and from then on when Bay was scheduled to be in to review VFX shots they'd have them stay home or relocate to a different part of the office so Bay wouldn't see them. Not long after this incident Bay and his partner sold the company.
So clicking does have consequences.

Yeah, I'm just trying to hang in there for a few more days. But my god is it annoying. He's doing it again now.

That's how I got to having gum cracking become such an annoyance with me that I want to punch someone, I had a lady crack her gum all day everyday over and over and over again for like 4 years. I tried to run fans, put in headphones, etc.

I can stand annoying things if it was every so often, but when someone does it nonstop, oh boy.

My office-mate shits on the floor a few times a week. She's an elderly dog on her last legs, though, so at least she has an excuse.

If it were just me and him I may. But there are other people around that I don't think would appreciate my singing, as I am a horrible singer.

Although if I see someone come on here and say some ****** is singing loudly at work, I could see if any of my coworkers are on here.

Medical group that owns the Beaver Medical Center and Sewickley Hospital among a couple others had a data breach and their online payment portal has been down at least a month.

Ring ring

Hello
Hello may I speak to Ronald Franchise?
This is he
This is Annoying Lady from Heritage Valley on a recorded line. We are calling to make sure you have received a couple of bills we sent
Why yes, I received them and as you know you had a data breach and have shut down your payment portal, so I can't pay them online with my HSA card
Yes, we've been dealing with that. You know, you can pay by check through the mail.
Well, when will your online portal be back up. It's a hassle to pay these by check then reimburse myself out of the HSA. I'm really not worried about fraud on my HSA card, I'd get that taken care of pretty quickly.
Ha ha, well, we think it will be two to three weeks but no promises.
OK, well I'll keep checking and pay these when your portal's back up.
OK, Mr. Franchise, I'll note your account.
Thank you and good day.

Secure my damn data mother ****.

Not surprised. They got hit with the Russian ransomware attack back in like 2017 or 2018 as well.

I have a couple Heritage Valley bills as well, and I'm in the same boat as Mr. Franchise, but I haven't received a nagging phone call yet.

Who **** does this:

Image

There was a truck on the other side that he gave about a foot of clearance too. I was hiking with my kids and dog and came back to this. For context there were 200 yards of wide open grass to the left out of frame.

He has two notes in his windshield when he gets back, the other couple were irate too.

I’m torn between calling him an dadhole or a moron, because there’s a good chance that he just has no idea how to reverse into a spot.

He squeezed in between the two of us. The reason he parked so close to me was because of the other couple on his left. Mercedes of course

A license plate number is public information...there's not a hell of a lot you're gonna do with that anyhow...

Even if shad posts this in every thread on the board, it'll still be seen by less people than that doofuses' trip home haha

tbh I don’t even know what I’d do with someone’s license plate. Can I just Google it and one of those “person finder” engines somehow find the owner?

You can query, in this case, PennDOT for who it's registered to. And then...? Profit?

Most of those "person finder" sites are nonsense or scams...though many are left unscathed by the "incompleteness" (for lack of a better term) of Robins vs Spokeo...

Pretty sure PennDOT won’t provide information on somebody else’s plate to you.

If you pay for it, you can get it. PennDOT is really bureaucratic when it comes to driving and vehicle records because they had some data breach like 15 years ago...so you might need to have a vetted account.

You have to sign an affidavit. An actual physical form.
