Had to go with Legends of the Hidden Temple on production value alone. Hard to choose since I could make a case for all of them. Kinda feel like I betrayed Wild n Crazy Kids because that was always among the top 10 of all Nick shows for me.
Looking back in hindsight, Temple was by far the hardest bonus round to win of any kids game show I've ever seen. So much was left to chance with the creepy temple guards that would pop out and grab them.

That said, I used to rage at the stupidity of the contestants. There was nothing better than when some dumb twit stood there for over a minute trying to put the monkey together as their teammate gets increasingly disgusted

There was one in the mid 90's that had a bunch of offroad racing with different dirt vehicles. everything else is trash.

I didn’t think I would be, but I am. The only one I’ve ever heard of is double dare, and I couldn’t tell you what the set up is for it.

Some of the rounds it felt like they were told by the producers to let the contestant win
They had to do something with all those Toys R Us Geoffrey dollars

My answer to this changed based on how old I was. When I was younger, definitely Double Dare. As I got a little older it was Guts. Looking back on it now, Legends of the Hidden Temple was probably the best.

hahahaha of the two Legends episodes I watched last night in one of them a girl spent 45 seconds in the Shrine. Few things in gameshows are more frustrating

I don’t remember Guts. DD and Temple would be my top two.

Kids made the monkey look impossible even though it was only a 3 piece puzzle. Definitely a make or break point in the run.

There is a person on Youtube I used to follow named Anthony Carboni, who was on LotHT and actually won. He talked about it in a podcast once. He lived in the Orlando area, and he said his school was filled with kids who went on those Nick gameshows because it was a prime recruiting source. Like it was a normal thing for the kids at this school to be on Nick game shows.

Fun Fact, Anthony Carboni co-hosted streams of those big Star Wars Celebration conventions, if you ever watched those.

I liked wild n crazy kids because they had the RC cars get blown up. Loved that stuff.

Legends just pissed me off, because most of those kids were dum dums.

I had a love hate relationship with GUTS. It was by far the most entertaining to me, but also incredibly frustrating because I felt like I could do all the events better than the jabronis that actually got on the show.
