Can't really say that it's an asterisk year when the best two teams end up playing for the championship

Props to Baylor. Incredible defensive effort. I didn't think they could keep it up for 40 minutes. The close outs and rotation were great. Gonzaga just had no space. Great execution. Poor Gonzaga 33-1 and it feels like a disappointment. Guess that's a credit to how good of a program you are

sucks because it lessens the greatness of Gonzaga-UCLA. If Gonzaga won that would've been an alltime alltime great game. Now it's just a good game that didn't lead to a championship

Sean Miller and Archie Miller fired in the same offseason. Next year will be fun if Capel is underachieving

Adams was born “40 miles from the Lubbock campus.”

If you have never been 40 miles from Lubbock..... I think he must have been born in a cotton field.

Tangentially related, but I was reading an interview with James Franklin yesterday, and he said that they basically have someone on staff that literally sits at the laptop and clicks "Refresh" on the transfer portal site every 15 minutes.

The way college basketball has become the past 3-4 years, why bother recruiting a HS player to your program when he’s only gonna bolt after a year or two? Hell, you might not even be the coach of the team when that grassroots player is a junior because you didn’t win enough since you didn’t get the best players possible who were in the portal.
