Is there a chance that Tuitt would be eligible to play on Wednesday then?

Edit: Nope. The game would have to be moved to Thursday to allow for a chance for Tuitt to return.
Should probably just threaten to refuse to play out of safety concerns like the bullshit the Ravens pulled today.

Of course. This also means we’ll be playing three games in 12 days.
I sure hope you don't strain anything.
You joke, but my blood pressure during some of these games can’t at all be a good thing.

I will say one thing, all this Ravens **** is one way if spicing up that rivalry. I want Pittsburgh to absolutely annihilate them.

According to google maps it takes 3 days and 6 hours of walking to get from Heinz field to M&T Bank stadium. So if you hauled ass and slept very little you could hypothetically get from Heinz to M&T in the same amount of time this game has been delayed.

I bet somebody knows the answer: If Steelers play on Wednesday, will their next game be on or before Friday Dec 11?

(I am asking because every year, I promise to give my MBA classes a very small "irrational boss" bonus conditional on Pittsburgh teams accomplishing something very unlikely. This year, it was 0.2% if Pitt Panthers win the ACC or if Steelers are undefeated by the last day of the semester - which happens to be Dec. 11. So, I want to know whether the bonus depends on one or two games...)

I'm pretty sure this will be the first-ever NFL game on a Wednesday. So there's that.

The Steelers have actually played the most Wednesday games - 10.

It always annoys me when I see football players and analysts dodinting about playing games too close together. Hockey players can play back-to-back games in the playoffs, and it's not that uncommon to play three games in four or five days.

Suck it up, princesses.

Hell yeah

Minor league teams sometimes play three in a weekend. Friday at 7. Saturday at 7. Sunday at 1.

Try walking up the bus stairs after that

Steelers will lose to the Football Team. Then we can hear all about how it's the Ravens fault.

Whats worse, they'll end up with the 2 seed and lose in the first round to...
the Patriots

The 2nd one was a joke but I do have a bad feeling about the Football Team game. Decent defense, improving offense, short rest, good makings of a bad loss.

I hadn't noticed until now but Cowboys-Ravens was moved to Tuesday so they'll also get more rest than the Steelers for their next game.

I've never been a "these guys need an entire week in between games" kind of guy but at this point it's really hard not to say that the NFL isn't coddling the GD ratbirds.
