Cool. Just remember that what you eat (how much, specifically) has more impact on your weight than exercise. I tried just exercising a ton and not changing my diet, and it didn't change the number on the scale even though I was technically healthier/more fit.
Not asking for a detailed response, but if I cut back on bread and pizza, and fried stuff along with less beer intake ( I won't stop it haha) you would think that would be enough along with exercise to see a little bit of a difference no?
Eliminate gluten, dairy and refined sugar. I guarantee you will lose significant weight.

They say you start feeling the aches and pains at 40. I didn't- I got the whole way to 42. Not terribly but I have a dull pain in my knees a lot and the left one seems to get out of joint a little sometimes. And my right shoulder hurts off and on.

Other things just randomly hurt sometimes.

Not enough to slow me down, just enough to remind me that I'm middle aged. Need to get a young hottie on the side sporty vehicle to compensate.

Do you sleep on your side? I find my shoulder aches if I sleep on it wrong.

I do, actually I sleep on my right side with my right arm under my head. I make an effort to not do this when I fall asleep- and when my shoulder hurts I can't do it anyway, but when I wake up I have still usually moved to that position.
