I believe that's the Webster's "Natural Selection" definition.

Cases surging here in my county, as well as the entire state. We were down to a couple of hundred cases a day, now 1400. Campus nurse sent out an email about a surge in flu A spreading through the residence halls. Great, just in time for exams.

To be fair you could wipe your ass with the terrible towel in front of rooneys grave this year and get away with it

Staffing is hurting our local hospital too. My grandmother was the last ambulance accepted when she had a seizure and nearly bit her tongue off in early November and my mother was sent home yesterday despite having no real answers as to what prompted her condition mainly because she was stable and they needed the bed because they'd started turning people away again.
And that's with half a Med/Surge floor closed because they can't staff it.

If I go the rest of my life without seeing a Jim Jordan tweet. Or his face for that matter.

Yeah, I shouldn't be surprised but I am. I just can't get my head around how selfish people are........but the fact that she's too stupid or too selfish (or both) to stay home and stay away from people is mind boggling.
Somerset had 117 cases yesterday. Hope everyone enjoyed their big Thanksgiving get togethers.

I mean, you're not going to get rid of Thanksgiving gatherings for the rest of time...

My comment stemmed from an acquaintance who continues to go out in public despite being sick and her family being sick. They had a Thanksgiving dinner with over two dozen people in attendance, but it was okay because they knew it was the flu even though all refuse to get tested for covid.I mean, you're not going to get rid of Thanksgiving gatherings for the rest of time...
There's a way to have responsible family get togethers. That's not it.

Yeah. Hopefully more and more people understand the simple concept: if you’re sick with anything, just stay the f*ck home.
COVID-19
My uncle, who has cancer and was recommended to not get the vaccine due to his cancer treatments, took multiple tests to make sure he didn't have COVID before coming over to dinner with my family and grandma.
That's really how it should be done, responsibly imo.

This was a good practice before COVID, by the way. I've always hated people who bragged about coming in to work even when they're sick. Thanks for the cold, chump.Yeah. Hopefully more and more people understand the simple concept: if you’re sick with anything, just stay the f*ck home.

COVID-19
A couple of years ago, one of the newer guys on my team came in sick. I had to tell him to go the **** home multiple times before he finally listened. That’s a policy on our team - don’t come in sick, ever. This was a good practice before COVID, by the way. I've always hated people who bragged about coming in to work even when they're sick.
