COVID-19
A bit lightheaded, but otherwise feel perfectly fine this morning. Felt like absolute trash last night when I went to bed. Was somehow even more exhausted, brain fog to the point of loopiness, chills without running a fever, legs and back were extremely sore and then wake up 9 hours later like nothing happened. Super weird.Yeah it drains you. I slept from about 9:30 last night until 7:30 this am and am all good now. So hopefully same for youGot Pfizer 2.0 last night. Arm is sore and honestly don’t think I could be more physically exhausted. Other than that all good.

Bend over and test it out I guess. After the shot, no issues with putting whatever into your body right?
That's what you meant right?

COVID-19
A week or two ago I walked past my elderly neighbors house (70s) and she came out to give my son a treat and told me she was "on her 3rd gin and tonic celebrating their 2nd shot"Haha, is it weird my wife and I are treating today like a celebration? Vaxx date! Does that mean I'm getting old?Party up, big daddyCan I have a few beers and smoke a joint tonight?I mean. “Whatever” is a pretty broad term. After the shot, no issues with putting whatever into your body right?
Also it was 330pm so I should probably hang out with them more.

Apparently one of my coworkers is in the hospital with covid and also developed pneumonia. I was very surprised to hear that. He's in his early 50s and in great shape. He's a pretty serious distance runner. It's still crazy to me how this virus can affect people so differently.

Yep, same thing happened to one of our friends in their early 40s. He is in great shape, and was in the hopstial for 5 days with COVID which led to him developing pneumonia.Apparently one of my coworkers is in the hospital with covid and also developed pneumonia. Fortunately they were giving him treatments and he was released, but still scary. Overall chances are that you'll be fine if you get it, but man, if you are one of the unlucky ones, it's brutal.
Just keep following protocal and get the vaccine ASAP.

I try to be an honest person most of the time. Seriously wanted everybody that was more exposed to the virus to have their fair chance at getting the vax before me. I'm healthy, don't go out that much, and have been safe with social distancing/mask wearing.
But this has pushed me over the edge. Gimme the vax. Today I became a smoker

The Wolf administration is refusing to disclose details of wasted coronavirus vaccine doses, including how many have been discarded by each provider, citing a decades-old law that it has frequently used to shield the public from scrutinizing its pandemic response.
I hope Wolf loses his reelection in a landslideThe 1955 law gives the state broad authority to keep contagious disease information confidential, like details that could potentially identify individuals. But legal experts said it also gives the state discretion over what records to make public in the interest of transparency.

I still can’t believe how much “fairness” was weighed over public utility in the first weeks and months of the vaccine rollout
And wolf is termed out now, right?

PA sends more vaccines to oldies and fatties who watch tucker carlson tell them not to take it than healthier people in blue counties who are frothing at the mouth for it. i'm not sure what the right answer is. the approach makes sense. but no wonder there are expiring doses.

Let's assume this happens. What next? Is there a simple test that you can take? I'd go as far as to have my family tested, just for peace of mind or knowledge.CDC is very close to identifying HLA (human leukocyte antigen) alleles as a predisposition for severe adverse covid symptoms
