COVID-19
I'm not the jinx here...nor is this my own googlization...
The variants of this virus has been relatively slight, so - as I pointed out several pages ago - I knew we were gonna see out of context quotes and all kinds of theatrics once progress started to be made...and there were. And then, probably quietly, it would be all like, "oh yeah, nevermind, we're largely pretty good..."
Clearly, that doesn't mean we're there yet or out of the woods or that we can just start sneezing in Texas buttholes yet...because not all vaccine wanters are vaccine getters yet...but mutations of this seem predictably and particularly slight, and that was the expected result given how successful the virus was in the first place...
tif (I think?) had a point recently about, now, hurry up and get people vaccinated so that you don't get into actual, potentially worse mutations...but we have donkeys in charge of the proceedings, so who knows...but hopefully the "nightmare scenario" guesswork done by the media is put to bed and replaced with a "without being the c-word, get yourself vaccinated so that things can go back to normal-ish", which is a boring, but important middle ground between their typical "you and everyone you know is going to die!" and "surf's up, dude, everything is fine go out and party like it's any other time in history except the last 12 months..."

Concerned about autoimmune response. Is anyone here NOT getting the vaccine when they are able to? @Nittany Ned @Ted

He left here in early January and logged into the old board in February. He probably just hates the Pens distributing loser points and got tired of watching.

So waiting after Heinz Field Clinic. If they do another this is the way to go. Park at Stage AE, go in Champions Club entrance, they check your paperwork and insurance, give you the shot, wait 15 min to make sure there’s no reaction, and done. Many people to direct you. Very well done.
Your second is scheduled same time 3 weeks later.
