COVID-19

Postby King Colby » Thu Feb 25, 2021 2:31 pm

For us, the 2nd doses basically just made us a little less anxious about everything. We haven't actually changed any habits, but I definitely feel more comfortable visiting family, now that most of us have been vaccinated. My dad got his first shot yesterday, and he's the last one.
I spent an afternoon with my grandmother a week or so after her 2nd shot. It was the first time she had met my 4 month old

Why are there so many Ohio vaccines but not PA? Is it the PA DOH just totally flubbing this? Yet no one wants to hold their feet to the fire I guess.
We promote them instead

Re the Wentworth story

There isn't anything in the press release that indicates suicide or a 5-day lag between the student's death and the discovery of his body, and as far as I can tell the Twitter person doesn't provide any outside sourcing for this information. I've been trying to find local news reporting on the story to try and gain some (any) context, and I can't find anything at all on the subject of Wentworth and Nathaniel Kilpatrick; the press release from the tweet doesn't even show up in search results (nor is it on Wentworth's press release page), and there is no comment on the matter on Wentworth's social media. Is there some other source for the reporting of this incident other than a tweet from a guy whose current top post on his feed is
Will the vaccine rug pull attempt awaken the masses to the reality that they’ve been conned for an entire year? That is too soon to tell, but we are finally seeing signs of widespread pushback against the latest demands from the ruling class.

also, not to be that guy, but let's not pretend like suicides never happened at colleges pre-COVID either

I'm sure there's a lot to this story that we're missing

Mom spent 1.5 hours on hold for a Walmart sponsored clinic, and "got on their list".

Seriously, not even an appointment scheduled, just on the list.

Covid restrictions caused the suicide of a college student. Guess we were wrong all along. Everyone, back to normal, now.

New variant identified in NYC reminiscent of the SA strain.

Seems much ado about nothing though.

Alexa, remind me about this post in one year.

Yeah, if I want to go sit at the bar on a hot Sunday afternoon, watch baseball drink peroni, and eat pizza, and spend less than $20, then I choose mineos. If I want to get the slices to go, then it’s aiellos
