Trevor Lawrence had his pro day today for Urban Meyer, and he's listed at 6'6' 213. How's that even possible lol?
Not sure what you mean by that. Did you think he was bigger or smaller?

We've been over the utter uselessness of BMI as a thing before; it doesn't account for lean muscle mass, it's all just 'weight'. So you can have someone like Devin White who is listed as 6' 237 with a BMI of 32.1 jumping to the head of the line because that's 'obese'. Give me a break.

This my obesity:

I'd have to lose about 30 pounds to get my BMI down far enough to be not clinically obese.
That's a really nice pink cardigan but figured you post something more close up

213 seems light to me for someone that tall

Id say get rid of the groups and get shots in arms, but its not like the groupings are whats causing things to move slowly.

Changing topics a bit, but is it known whether or not you’re more likely to be asymptomatic if you have no reaction to either dose of the vaccine?

Well it kinda is, in many respects. There was the video from Montgomery Co MD the other day that showed an hours-long line, and half the people who had made appointments technically weren't eligible. It's complicating things to greater or lesser degrees, but it's definitely making things worse rather than better imo.

Starting to smoke is a choice, getting addicted is not. Addiction is a disease, not a crime.

So if you've got a comorbidity, move to the front. Don't care how you got it.

I smoked for 10 years, switched to vaping 5 years ago, quit all together 3 years ago. As someone who chose to start smoking and didn't choose to get addicted, choosing to quit is also a choice. The withdrawals from smoking last about 4-5 days, and mostly consist of a terrible headache. It's not like we're talking about alcohol or heroin withdrawals here. After the physical symptoms are done, you are literally no longer chemically addicted to nicotine

Again. You can’t discriminate who gets the vaccine. If your phase is called, you are in regardless of how you ended up getting into that phase

Oh I agree. I don't fault anybody for taking the shot when it's their time, regardless of how they got there.

Nicotine is known to be more difficult to quit than heroin. I've confirmed with an ex junkie.

My ex father in law said the same thing. He quit heroin twice but could never give up smoking.

Man I guess I should’ve done some heroin then. Quitting smoking wasn’t that difficult for me, especially with the vaping. I miss the routine more than the actual smoking.

If he quit twice then he actually only quit once, no?

Junkie as in opiate addict.

Meow's opinion vs actual addicts (see PFIDC's post) who experienced quitting opiates and nicotine.
