Today is the first sub 300 case day in Allegheny County since November. Nice to see a steady decline lately.

I don't mean to come off elitist, but how in the heck is India doing so well? Are their numbers suspect or did they really manage to get a better handle on this thing than most of the world?

They likely aren't counting people that are dying in slums... additionally, it's per million people. When you have a billion people below the age of 60, yeah. Your numbers are gonna look alright.

So it seems Gov Newsom's decision to reopen is based on 'projections' of where ICU bed capacity will be in a month.

That does not inspire confidence.

Additionally, there's some studies that suggest asian countries, by and large, have had past coronavirus exposures to a higher level than other parts of the world. There are some immunities apparently developed by that which may help in fighting off the novel coronavirus.

“The females began to scream at the employees at the location, however none of the statements could be remembered by the employees,”
This made me laugh for some reason. I'm sure it was a bunch of unintelligible nonsense.

Both people I know that got their second shots have felt like crap for like 24 hours after. But felt much better after. And it's worth it. Hopefully it's just a quick 24 hour thing for you as well.

I know about 15 people that have had their first shots and not their second yet.
