Burdi to the 45 day DL. They’re gonna run out of pitchers in a 60 game season.

South Park’s Randy Dobnak on the mound tonight for the guys who don’t suck.
Funny story about Dobnak. My dad coached him one summer. He's been waiting for his first kid to get to the Show for a few years now - he had McKay and Hendrick for a tournament or two but doesn't claim them since they didn't play a whole summer with them. He has a few in AA that will be up next year most likely. Anyway back to Dobnak. He wasn't very good, even just in a summer ball league. He walked on a D3 team.. Then just showed up in the majors last year and my dad got his first kid to debut and had no idea until my brother said hey I think I played with him a while back. Good stuff

I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that a guy who pinch-runs with Stallings will pinch hit with JT Riddle.

Osuna and Heredia optioned to Altoona so 15 fabulous pitchers can stay on the 28 man roster.

Isn't Osuna one of the few that is hitting over .200?

Hartleib shouldn't have pitched that second inning. I don't think they would've won necessarily, but it was apparent he was hittable in that first inning.

And Brown and McKenry are awful. Just awful.

Somehow, you still have a better shot at making the postseason than the Tigers, so there's that.

The pitch of his voice is not suitable for baseball announcing.

Brault couldn't throw a strike, he and Hartleib managed to walk in three runs. So gross.

Brault to the DL?

I'm not really sure its fair to anyone to continue putting Del Bozo in games. He has a 7.80 WHIP...
