Rod Woodson/Carnell Lake hybrid has earned his white socks. Love how he leads the secondary. I see him encouraging Haden and bouncing around after a big play with Watt. He solidifies the defense which is top tier. Hilton is still impactful. Edmunds can't be saved.

Bud Dupree has tipped the scales to good. Heyward and Watt outstanding again. I wan't more Williams and less Baron but i get it

What did they do? Forget everything he taught them for the previous 5 seasons? They're **** old. Al was always middle of the road at best and is 31, Foster turns 34 in January and has 155 games under his belt, Pouncey is 30 and has had injury issues, DeCastro turns 30 in January, Feiler is 27 and is from **** Bloomsburg. Combined age of 150 is a death knell for an offensive line.

Players just don't forget coaching like that.

Pouncey can't snap the ball (even though he didn't play). Big Al is even more trash than he was. Foster is mud. Finney may be the "coachable" case because he doesn't look like last year. This line just isn't good enough.

I remember one story about the Jets maybe taking a flyer on him, because everyone thought everyone else had Darnold at the top of their draft board. So they weren't planning on having Darnold available to them even at the #3 pick. So when Mayfield and then Barkley went 1 and 2, the J-E-T-S were like kewl, Plan A it is. But that's about it.

And now, a couple years on, I don't remember if it was actually a thing or just media speculation.
