Only 20?
That's the starting point. It might be 10 more for each kid you're towing.

So I misplaced our kids birth certificates (11 mo and 29 mo) and our flight leaves in oooh 7 hours. We are 50/50 on them asking for the kids when going thru security. Has anyone uses documentation from
The medical record before?

50/50? Guess you'll be leaving one behind.

If you're domestic, no problem. International? Problemo

They really should recode it to OMG because that’s what I often say every Monday at one end of the trip or the other.

We went to Texas last month with 3 littles. They don't ask for their IDs. And at your kids' ages, they'll let you go right through. They asked our 6 and 8 year olds their names and to point to their mommy/daddy.

Not once have I ever been asked for a birth certificate to fly (domestic), and my daughter has been on a dozen or so flights, if not more.

Yep, they did that for ours, as well.

Odd. When we flew from
Norfolk they gave us a very hard time. And my son was 6 weeks old at the time

Similar to how radar detectors are illegal in VA, it doesn't surprise me that they'd give you a hard time about this.

Good luck LITT.

I am getting everything together for my flight to Dublin tomorrow afternoon. Vaccination card, passport, books, devices, etc. My goal for tomorrow is to make this as relaxing a day as possible. It's a two hour drive (one way) to Newark Airport on average from here...my goal is to arrive to long-term parking 3 hours and 20 minutes before my flight. I will gladly sit around at the airport, but I just want to get there.

I am leaving 20 minutes earlier than I need to so I can stop at the Chester County Library on the way. Really can't believe this trip is actually here.

Thank you sir.

This is very much an "off the beaten path" trip. This is where we will be staying first--I think all of our places are similar (not hotels).

I’ve only ever heard of single parents and/or international passengers being asked for kids’ birth certificates. Weird.

Domestic. Pit to mco
Southwest didn't ask for either of ours PIT to TPA (one ticketed one lap infant).

If both are ticketed I think you're fine. If not, hopefully the non ticketed one is clearly under 2.

My 3 year old would be the jerk that points to someone else just because and cause a big headache.
