I think this early in the season the waiver wire order is the same as the draft order, right? So that means they only got like 5 or 6 teams in before he was claimed.

Speaking of not making a splash, how about you go for it on 4th and 3"? Cowher once said that if you can't convert a 4th and 1, you shouldn't be on the field.

I just read on r/nfl that Moncrief's finger is broken and that's why he dropped so many balls. If that's the case, why is he playing?

I think so.

I'm not sure what it is about the position, but I get more irrationally optimistic about *any* WR that is drafted in the first five rounds of the draft than any other position on the roster. I wanted Coates to work so badly.
