These seem to be pretty ridiculous charges, and the penalty of sex-offender registration is extreme:

Buchanan, 27, said she and her husband had taken off their shirts to keep their clothes from getting dusty while they hung drywall in their garage in a Salt Lake City suburb in late 2017 or early 2018.
When her husband’s three children, ages 9 through 13, walked in, she “explained she considers herself a feminist and wanted to make a point that everybody should be fine with walking around their house or elsewhere with skin showing,” her lawyers said in court documents.
Buchanan was charged with three counts of misdemeanor lewdness involving a child in February.

BYU or where ever will check up on you and call you if someone reports that they saw your shoulders exposed...and you get reprimanded...like, we pick on the south as a society, but there's Utah man, Utah's just sitting right there...

This store is like 3 blocks from my home. This is my go-to stop to pick up last minute things for recipes, milk/bread, etc. Sucks because they just remodeled their store in September and added a beer/wine cafe
