Probably set at 8 1/2. Lots of talent there on both sides of the ball but how Clifford performs as the full-time starter is a giant question mark. Plus, a lot of unknown entities with at Iowa, at Sparty, and yes, at Minnesota on the slate. I figure the over/under on Franklin bad decisions in crucial situations is 2 1/2 and that could be the difference between a conference championship game and a trip to the Holiday Bowl.Predicted number of Nittany Lion wins this fall?
