12 hour. It's what is used by normal people in the normal world that I live in. No need to be a weirdo.

I've primarily used 24-time since I was in college, and any device I own that is capable of displaying 24-hour time is set to display 24-hour time. After three years of ownership, I actually just discovered that the dashboard clock in my car can be set to 24 hours.

That was actually the impetus for my switch to 24-hour time. I came back from classes in college and fell asleep. It was wintertime, and I woke to a dark room. I looked at my clock, and it said six o'clock. But I didn't know whether that was 6 pm or I'd managed to sleep the whole way around to 6 am. So I decided then and there to switch over to 24-hour time.24. Removes ambiguity.
