She posted a very famous picture taken at a Nazi rally that showed a crowd of people doing the sieg heil salute, but one person in the frame is not saluting. It's an iconic image of protest, and (if I have the story right) she's being dragged by people who apparently don't know the significance of the image and think it's a pro-Nazi thing. It's actually quite silly, and I hope the propagators of the troll job all catch eye herpes and die alone.

Well, at least it's not because she's a woman who ruined Star Wars like Kelly Marie Tran? Progress.

The PTSD video missed an opportunity to cross-cut between Ben's hut and the moment when he picked up Anakin's lightsaber on Mustafar. But it was otherwise pretty good.

Honestly...... this just occurred to me, so I haven't really thought it through, but it might be neat to see the best moments of the PT intercut into the OT and ST Godfather Pt II style. So instead of having to sit through hours of politics, you just get snippets of story told as flashbacks.

Not the same, but I’d love to see Topher Grace’s recut.

Impressive. Most impressive.

Interesting how the original trilogy doesn't make more of the deserter angle. Like Phasma (and other stormtroopers) call Finn a traitor etc.

It's almost like they didn't know his backstory back in the day. :pop:

Watched Epsidoe III again the other day. It's not a bad film at all, it just looks like sh't.

Episode III isn't bad. There are a few eye-rolling moments but overall it's the best of the prequels. I even enjoyed Episode I on my rewatch. It's a kids movie, sure, but it's the only one of the three with a contained story. It also has two of the best sequences of the prequels: the pod race and the duel of fates. Episode II, however, is dog **** terrible on every level.

This sequence is somehow worse to me:

Anakin: You are so…beautiful.
Padme: It’s only because I’m so in love.
Anakin: No. No, it’s because I’m so in love with you.
Padme: Then love has blinded you?
Anakin: Well…that’s not exactly what I meant.
Padme: But it’s probably true.

I agree, Ep III is the least terrible of the PT movies.

The best memory of it is that I got to see it on my lunch break in the Zanuck Theater on the Fox lot.

This is something that's hard to convey to children of a more recent vintage.

Episode IV wasn't even called Episode IV when it came out, it was just 'Star Wars'. (And I think 'A New Hope' was added at an even later date than the Ep IV moniker) People go on about how plotted out the total story was, but there are so many logical conflicts from the OT to the PT it's plain that Lucas really didn't put any real thought into things in any meaningful way.
