Sidenote: I was tempted to watch that Clone Wars animated movie from 2008 because I've never seen it. I'll save that torture for another day.

Episode III novelization is amazing, though.

While I agree the Ep III is the best prequel, that's a little like saying chlamydia is the best STD to get.

You posit quite the conundrum there, as JJB is in AOTC basically creating Emperor Palpatine.

You know what I mean. Jar jar stepping in “icky icky goo” is somehow easier to watch than anything in AotC.

That would be great down the road, but I don't want him getting too bogged down with Marvel and Star Wars stuff. More original stuff from him please.

Eh it doesn’t say what stage of development the majority are in. Some of these may be in the treatment stage and never see the light of day.

Saw Ep IX this afternoon
Still processing, but I'm not sure how I feel about the Ben Solo redemption arc. Enjoyed it otherwise, but that part of the storyline is making me wonder much longer than the rest of the movie.

Go back a few pages and read the exchange between obhave and me on that point, MR. I think some good points were made on both sides of that discussion that specifically address your spoilered bit.

Did read it after I got out.
Still feels weird. I had a portion of that typed out saying I understood the why, but when I went to condense I must've deleted it. I think part of it goes back to having the ghost of Han coming back to tell him to do the right thing. I didn't think Han was force-sensitive, but maybe his ghost was some representation of the light side of the force coming to Ben after Leia died. It seemed like the turnaround happened fairly quick, but will acknowledge it's been a while since I watched Ep VII and VIII so I may be overlooking some other little hints at him still having guilt or whatever amounts to that for turning to the dark side.
