Sith Destroyers?
Under normal conditions, each of those I-class Star Destroyers is crewed by nearly 40,000 officers and enlisted, plus nearly 10k Stormtroopers.
There is a lot of manpower depicted in that image.

The one complaint/missed opportunity that bugs me with the Sequel Trilogy is that they didn't go into these movies with a cohesive story arc to span the trilogy. Story aspects ideas of A New Hope were obviously retconned as Lucas built his world, the Prequel Trilogy had a "cohesive" story arc for that trilogy yet somehow failed at competently tying into the Original Trilogy (plus the terrible execution of the movies), but for as much as I've loved the first two installments of the Sequel Trilogy, it just seems to me that quotes like this shouldn't be a thing:
These movies deserved a Kevin Feige type producer. One moment that Trevorrow didn’t think of when he was developing the film was the idea to bring back the Emperor. He fully credits that to Abrams.
“Bringing back the Emperor was an idea J.J. brought to the table when he came on board,” Trevorrow said. “It’s honestly something I never considered. I commend him for it. This was a tough story to unlock, and he found the key.”

I agree on that and I think episode 7 will not look as good as time moves on.

Oh, I think they absolutely had the major story beats for all three movies sorted before they started production on VII. That Palpatine makes a return in IX may not have been the vehicle for the plot point he's pursuing, but I'd wager the plot point itself has been on the table since 2013 or 2014. I'd even go so far as to say that might explain some of the difficulty they've had with certain creatives in the process of making these new movies. (Including the Story movies) Each of the filmmakers were largely free to write their own movies and tell their own stories, provided they hit certain beats and waypoints. That was my understanding of it, anyway.

Let's be distinctive when noting Mandolorian episodes vs. the Skywalker saga. I thought tif was talking about episode III, Revenge of the Sith.
