I thought all the standalone films were going to be non-crawl and non-John Williams.

You know, sometimes deleted scenes do not really add any deeper meaning to the story, and it's good that it didn't originally see the light of day.

I forgot Disney and Amazon are fighting over something...so no Marvel/Star Wars Blurays are available for pre-order. Ugh.

I looked to preorder Coco on Amazon and the Blu-Ray was listed at $45.

'Tired' lol

The three movies that have been released since 2016 have grossed $3+ billion. I should be so sleepy.

It makes all the sense in the world to keep Star Wars out of a nostalgia piece. It's an active IP, that's experiencing a resurgence. There's a brand new standalone movie coming out in two months, and another saga film coming out next year; plans are in the works for more features, and multiple new TV shows. Why dilute it by bleeding it into something like RPO where it would be surrounded by several truly exhausted IPs?

Turns out that damn tired franchise did allow Ready Player One to license.

Just bought TLJ on Amazon Prime. In the PS4 app, the movie and all the supplementary content (making-ofs, deleted screens, etc) are one single, non-indexed 5 hr 21 minute file. That's almost aggressively stupid.

But I sit here having spent my day watching all of that stuff, and it just reaffirmed my opinion that TLJ is one of the top two or maybe three SW films.

Saw Black Panther finally and it was good if not overly long. (Am I allowed to say bad things about it? Everyone seems to have loved it.)

One of the previews was for Solo and man, I don't know how I am not interested in this. It doesn't look good. I'll still take my son to see it, but I am not expecting much.

Unload away, I'd like to hear your thoughts. It was good, but closer to the bottom of my top 10 marvel list
