I agree on that and I think episode 7 will not look as good as time moves on.

Episode 3 of Mandalorian
I could have done without the salute at the end but that's not that big a deal. I agree with what you said Tiff about the client and will be interested to see how long it takes for the season to take the helmet off of Mando because I know that's going to happen.

Also I loved the shot of the Droid that was blowing everything up in the flashbacks.
I think the salute was simply a shout-out to Joe Johnston, who designed Boba Fett and directed The Rocketeer.
DD, I follow a ton of digital media sites that are dialed into SW and such. You are, up to now, the first and only person I've seen to make this connection. (Aside from me shamelessly noting it in a YouTube comments section for a channel I don't remember now )

:thumb: my wife picked it right out, but I wasn't sure what was happening because I hear an audible groan from her and I'm wondering what's going on because at that point, these weird water drops were forming in my eyeballs, so I'm like how can you be groaning at this and she just points to this huge poster I have 3 feet from me of The Rocketeer and I start laughing. We have a love/hate relationship with The Rocketeer in our house and she has gone so far as to poison the childrens minds with supposedly how bad it is and I can't get anyone to watch it with me. My 28 year old Rocketeer shirt is conveniently missing from my wardrobe as well. I had no idea about the J. Johnston/Fett connection so I gladly made her aware. Good stuff nerds.

I rewatched all three episodes and just noticed the ET shout out at the end of chapter one.

Star Wars: The Mandalorian Tops Stranger Things as Most Streamed TV Series in the USA
https://gameonze.com/star-wars-the-mand ... n-the-usa/

The most interesting part of that is correlating the popularity of Mando with the Disney+ hacks/pirating. Disney **** themselves by not having D+ available worldwide.

It also sorta shoots holes in the theory that SW has somehow been ruined because of the DISASTERS of The Last Jedi and Solo, and that Lucasfilm has to win back the fans.

The fans haven't gone anywhere.

What's the deal with using Duel Of The Fates in the TV ads?

Mandalorian Chapter 4
I'm fine with the save the village a week plot if that is the goal. Really enjoyable chapter.

Though Xena: Warrior Princess is a bad actress.

Good Chapter. Clearly not as quite as strong as the earlier ones, but still enjoyable. And for the second week in a row Star Wars made Mrs Tif cry, so that's good. (And it was at her suggestion we watched Chapter 4 today)

Also,
I felt the thing with the snouty bounty hunter with the crosshairs on Bayo and the resolution of that deal was a little trite, but not overly so.

Lothcat cameo ftw.

I enjoy the show, but the plot is wafer-thin.
