Finally started watching Rebels and I'm enjoying it. I think the fact that it's a break from the normal characters makes it more enjoyable like in Rogue One.
Rebels gets amazingly good as it goes on, similar to the Clone Wars.

Good to know on both. I'm six episodes in on Rebels and I tried Clone Wars before but didn't make it very far but I'm going to attempt again.

I keep saying, the best of Rebels is as good as just about anything in Star Wars. Early on, it has too much kids stuff. But if you stick with it, it gets really really good. The final season is fantastic.

Rise of the Resistance is the single best theme park experience I’ve ever had. I had goosebumps the whole time. It was exactly like being dropped right in the middle of a Star Wars film. No amount of hype can do it justice.

Smuggler's Run is pretty great, and in its own right holds a unique space in terms of ride experiences. But from everything I've heard ROTR is a next-level thing even beyond that.

When we last went to Disneyland, right at the end of the Before Times, we stayed at a hotel across the street from the park. The back of Radiator Springs was literally our view from our room. We woke up at around 7 am and did our showering and whatnot, and by the time I went online to get a reservation for ROTR they were already booked solid for the day.

Yeah DLR is so different from WDW. We’re at Grand Californian which has its own entrance to California Adventure. It’s insane. To get Resistance tickets, I had to have one phone on a world clock and the other ready to refresh. They sell out within the minute. We’re due for another ride in about 90 minutes.

Smugglers Run was fun but since we rode it after Rise, it felt like a major step down. We did get the whole ride to ourselves though which was cool.

Quite a spoilery official poster for SD ComicCon.............
No, really. It's kind of a big pointer as to Grogu's future.
Last chance.

My Google Assistant thing on my Pixel had an article that Lucasfilm hired an experienced Deep Fake VFX artist to help out with the Mandalorian and other productions. The source is a clickbaity site, so I didn't click on it- that's just the headline.

The poster is officially titled "Size Matters Not", and the story I read had the line, "...[T]he first poster shows a preview of Grogu's Jedi training with Luke somewhere in the galaxy, potentially hinting at the young Force user wielding a yellow lightsaber once his training is complete."

The yellow Kyber crystal is significant, imo. Yellow (also the color of Rey's final saber) is indicative of sentinels, guardians of the Force.

This dude:

Confirmed by himself in the comments of this video:

As some of you may already know, I joined ILM/Lucasfilms a few months ago and haven't had the time to work on any new YouTube content. Now I've settled into my job, uploads should start increasing again. They'll still be slow, but hopefully not months apart. Enjoy!

Also worth noting that Luke appears to be wearing the same 'temple' robes he's wearing in the sequel trilogy.

It’s a poster being revealed at SD Comic Con. Unless you feel like never using your eyeballs again, you’re gonna see it pretty soon.

Yeah, it'll be pretty common knowledge before this week is out. I just didn't want to be the one to break the seal here.

I'm happy that they hired the deep fake guy. I'll hold off on any other emotions until I see which the direction they go.

It never ceases to amaze me how easy it is to get into an imperial base.

I was always more impressed with how terrible imperial aim is with a blaster.

Episode 14 of The Bad Batch
After two slow episodes, this one really had a ton of action. Hunter face to face with Crosshair. Should make for an exciting two episodes for the season finale.

Details for Disney World's Galactic Starcruiser 2-night voyage has been released. Most importantly, here are the weekday prices:

Image

Included is:
2-night stay in a cabin or suite
Ongoing, immersive and interactive entertainment, where choices determine your experience*
Food and beverages on the starcruiser (excluding alcoholic and specialty beverages) and a quick-service meal at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo or other select locations at Disney’s Hollywood Studios**
Admission to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for your planetary excursion to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge
Valet parking
Exclusive Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser databand (known on your home planet as a MagicBand)

Weekend prices will be more expensive. Probably much more expensive. I feel better now knowing that there's no way in hell I can afford this. I'll watch some videos and that will have to be enough.
