Because of the extra o in the English spelling (dammit).

This is killing me. My kids are “too busy” to watch it with me, but they insist we all watch it at the same time.

It was pretty good, but 'best episode so far' is a somewhat aggressive oversell imo. 2 pretty bonkers reveals, though.

If you're doing Star Wars, the three essential elements you need to get right are: 1) The Big Bad; 2) the music; 3) the visuals. Mando is crushing it on those fronts.

The stuff they are doing with baby yoda is unreal. I have to watch these again because I'm laughing so hard and missing what's happening.

We have one of those 1:1 Baby Yoda toys, and Mrs Tif watches every new chapter holding it on her lap; she'll use it to pantomime what The Child is doing on screen in real time.

I enjoyed that episode but definitely not willing to call it the best so far. That seems nutty to me but that just proves the quality of the show. So many episodes could be called the best so far and nobody would wrong.

It’s been pointed out already but the Child’s hunger being played again for the lolz. I’m feeling pretty good about the bet.

Mrs. K is not a Star Wars fan, at all. The Child has her hooked now though. She was actually rewatching episodes this afternoon by herself when I came in from working outside.

Said this in the tv show thread,

I was very late to the party for The Mandolorian but dang if this isn’t what I was hoping the current generation of Starwars was gonna be. The only movie that lived up to that expectation was Rogue One.

I really like the feel of the show though. I guess I’m partial to Westerns.

I can't believe I'm just now learning that this is Horatio Sanz.

Kind of shocking, IMO. I thought Sanz was a relatively normal sized guy, but he seems very short on screen

Apparently he also lost 100 lbs recently. That might have something to do with it
