My kids loved Jedi Training, FWIW. Of course, we had to go build $40 lightsabers right after.
Same, they did a really good job with this. Crazy how early we had to get to the park to get a spot, but worth it in the end

I think it used to be near the fake Mann's Chinese Theater (Great Movie Ride?). Probably now in Galaxy's Edge.
Dude, that Great Movie Ride was super awesome. I remember when it got to the Alien section; I had seen a photo from the ride before we went, and knew the xeno popped out from the bulkhead, but I didn't know it also dropped down from the overhead. The latter got me.

Ewan McGregor just confirmed that filming for the Obi Wan series starts in March. Something else to look forward to next year.

Cautiously optimistic about this, at least more than I was pre-Mando.

Mando Ep. 1 Season 2
That was really good. The only thing I didn't like was the music as Mando was going to Tatooine.

It felt like I was watching an episode of "Have Gun, Will Travel"....which is a huge compliment.

Great nod to Raylan Givens' quick draw as well.

Tim Olyphantastic referred to the bartender as "Weequay" which is his species/race, not a name. I was expecting whining about it. Happily surprised that there wasn't.

That was my favorite episode of the series so far...
1. The Cobb Vanth reveal didn't hit quite as hard for me as I'm reading the Aftermath series right now and haven't gotten to the Cobb Vanth parts of the books yet. That said, I was aware of the character and I really liked Olyphant was great. I hope he appears later in the series.

2. The Fett reveal at the end...good lord. I'm more excited that the Temuera Morrison rumors were true than I am about Fett being back, but I can't wait to see where they go with this.

3. I think my hesitance about bringing Fett back stemmed from the notion that I really want this story and characters to stand on their own, especially after I thought the first season showed that the story and characters proved to be more than capable of doing so. I don't mind the cameos/cross-overs with characters from the movies/other series (including those still rumored), but I really hope they're used to support this story and they don't end up overshadowing these characters.

4. My absolute favorite parts of this episode were the deeper dives into the lore and cultures of Tatoinne. The interactions with the Tusken raiders were really incredible and I loved that we got to see their side of the relationship with the citizens of Mos Pelgo. The krayt dragon and the tie-in with the Sarlacc pit were both great. I also thought Vanth riding what appeared to be parts repurposed from pod racers (possibly even Anakin's) was a nice Easter egg.
This series does such a great job capturing that "Star Wars" aesthetic.

Noticed this too.

mrs meow said “just look at it like he said ‘hey dude.’” and that was good enough for me.

I've seen some speculation that instead of Boba, Morrison is playing Cody or Rex.

Yeah, that episode was fantastic. The biggest accomplishment IMO is taking a planet that we’ve seen done to death and making it feel fresh and exciting.

I spent too much time trying to decipher what was “The Volume” and what was the physical set. I want to watch it again and just focus on the story.

I thought the same thing. After Boseman's weight loss, I'm always a little concerned.

Question about a potential Easter egg
Any significance to that orb they found in the dragon? They spent a long time on it for it to be insignificant...
