That was an embarrassment across the board by the Big Ten officials tonite. They bang Reid for a hold late in the 2nd quarter when Iowa was backed up against their goal line and that allowed them to get out and go down the field for a FG. They somehow overturn a TD that there's no chance you could overturn. It was like the Nebraska game in 2012 all over again. Then they come up with a couple of holds, a PI on Reid where he barely touched the guy (the pass turned the guy around, not Reid) and then miss the shove by the WR on Reid on the TD catch. Just an all-out suck job by stripes tonite which actually helped us because that was a clear targeting on Shaka.

But...this team has some serious grit and heart. Cain is a **** stud and he's the only one that goes forward at all times. They grabbed that one out of Iowa City and now let's hope that continues to build momentum to next week.

Yeah, the officials were a mess on multiple accounts last night. Iowa caught the vast majority of the benefit of the bad officiating, with the exception of that inexplicably overturned PI call on Shaka.

Also agree on Cain...love having a downhill runner that can break tackles and attack the hole. I have no idea how the rest of the season will play out....just please don't lose to Michigan at home.

And while we are piling on...on Iowa's last drive, there was the fourth down play where Stanley fumbled it and recovered, but it looked like it might be short of the line to gain. I told my wife he may have not gotten the first, so you can imagine my shock when O'Neill didn't even hesitate and immediately awarded Iowa the first down. Like, how in the **** does that at least not get measured?

Good win on the road at night against a quality team. Iowa at night is a tough place to win, and they got it done.

Sean Clifford looked very, very indecisive early. I don't think he's very good yet at dumping his first read and moving to the second. Gritty and hell, though, and gaining experience every week.

Iowa's offense had some wrinkles that seemed to get our defense on it's heels early, but man are they fast.

Officiating was just embarrassingly horrible. I'm still trying to figure out what was seen to overturn the TD.

I overestimated Michigan. They suck. Also, not sure I've ever seen a timeout taken with 15:00 left in the first quarter of a game before
