Haha, yeah I guess it is disney's joker. She murders puppies (yay kids, come watch!) So she's probably worse than the joker

Yeah the entire tone reminds me of Joaquin's Joker. The music, the slow-mo, the art direction. It's all very Joker. Or this:

Exactly what I was thinking while watching the trailer. Combine the worlds and let me see her and Margot together.......

How is it possible you've only just learned about Rule 34. (It should be capitalized imo)

I think peak Rule 34 expression (heh) was when Emma Watson was cast as Belle in the live action BATB. So much material.

What is rule 34 and I don't know how to use reddit
Rule 34 originated from a 2003 webcomic, captioned "Rule #34 There is porn of it. No exceptions.", which was drawn by Peter Morley-Souter to depict his shock at seeing Calvin and Hobbes parody porn.[2] The image of Peter Morley's comic strip was soon forgotten but the caption became instantly popular on the Internet. Since then this phrase has been adapted into different syntactic versions and even used as a verb.

Watched Do the Right Thing for the first time last night. Not a whole lot has changed since that movie was made, feels pretty damn relevant today. The 4k disc is stunning.

Made it to 6 seconds and had to turn it off, that guy seems incredibly annoying
Haha, that's the conceit of the character(s). Producer Guy and Writer Guy are meant to be avatars of 'Hollywood'. Try to give it a go, that channel is pretty funny, especially when they do an actual good film. (It's easy to make fun of a turd stack like Prometheus) It's truly astonishing how many of the exact same jokes work movie after movie after movie after movie.

Watched The Good, the Bad and the ugly yesterday. My kid slept in his poncho last night so I guess it was a success. That movie is awesome. Followed that up with Tango and Cash. Pretty sure this was the first R rated movie I saw in the theater with another family who's dad took us and I distinctly remember thinking I shouldn't be at this movie and it was boss. That movie is something.

Jungle, and Daniel Radcliffe, was outstanding. I have really enjoyed everything he has done since the Potter stuff. He has mentioned this recently, but you can really tell how passionate he gets with the movies he now makes since he can basically do what he wants.

When talk of this stuff comes up, I think of the cast of the original Star Wars movie and how different their career tracks were. Harrison Ford went on to be the biggest star in the world, Carrie Fisher went on to be..... well, a mess of a person in her private life, but to be one of the most important script doctors behind the scenes in her professional life, and Mark Hamill went on to be one of the greatest off-camera actors of the last 30 years. And it's interesting to see how that trajectory applies to the HP cast. They were all of course much younger than the SW gang, but still fun to watch unfold.
