The monsters take everything very seriously which makes it very silly, their politics and backstories are great. The practical fx are amazing. It's very gory. The little girl is hilarious. I loved this movie

What Happened to Monday on Netflix is a tedious cluster duck of a film. I don’t think it had a point.

Not worth your two hours.

Watched the dark knight rises. Easily the weakest of the trilogy, but still a good time. Followed that up with community S3E9 where abed dresses like batman and I think that went over better than the movie.

Anyone see In & Of Itself magic doc on Hulu from Frank Oz? Getting rave reviews but also saying go in completely blind...

We watched Zookeeper with Kevin James and Rosario Dawson for family movie night. Funnier than I remember, and also Rosario Dawson.

I have an old HS buddy who is huge into old school godzilla and he HATES that trailer. Like really Hates it.

I grew up watching those old school Godzilla movies so I keep hoping they capture some of that nostalgia. But they haven’t.

And they never will. I have most of them on VHS. I’ll still watch this, though.
