Francis Ford Coppola will release a re-edited version of his often-maligned The Godfather: Part III that will include a new beginning, new ending, and new title: The Godfather, Coda: The Death of Michael Corleone.

Coppola said the film will better reflect his intentions for the third film in the series, released in 1990, to mark its 30th anniversary. He plans a limited December theatrical release.
Good luck on making it not suck.

This would be much better news if he was just starting from scratch. I feel like there could be an interesting story there, but it would involve cutting about half the plot and including Robert Duvall. I guess about 20 years too late now. What a wasted opportunity that third movie was.
Winona showing up and not deciding to cast his daughter would have been immediate improvements.
Yup. The whole kissing cousins storyline always skeeved me out.

Stallone is working on a Director's Cut of Rocky IV for its 35th anniversary.

I had forgotten about it completely, but the robot is getting cut out of it.

Well, I’ll wait for your review. I hadn’t planned on watching it after seeing the trailer.
I usually let you watch bad movies for me and then judge my interest based on your complaints.

Did you actually watch it?

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, PAULIE

I sorta feel like Rocky IV is peak 80s.

If you're looking for a bloody good time I recommend Tonight She Comes on Prime. It takes a lot to make me queasy...
Headline from BloodyDisgusting.com review:
MOVIES[Review] ‘Tonight She Comes’ is a Brutal and Unrelenting Fever Dream
That's about right. Terrible acting and dialogue but holy **** what a ride.

This was fantastic. The soundtrack alone is worth the watch. Definitely one of my new favorite horror/comedies.

Saw it years ago, as I’m a huge Roday (Rodriguez?) fan, and I agree - it was fantastic.

Forrest Gump was terrific as always. I don't think I can even make it through the feather hitting the ground before the tears start flowing.

Class action park had me gasping for air in between laughing so much. What an amazing story, wish they didn't try and make you feel bad about the people that died, because I wasn't ready to stop laughing.

I don't remember if I recommended that here, but Class Action Park was great.

Just watched Underwater. Very much just DeepStar Six remake with soft monsters as opposed to giant lobsterish thing.

It was actually difficult to hear a lot of the dialogue because of all of the underwater rumbling noise. I also think that the pulled a frame or two to make it visually off as well.

I believe she tweeted posted on Weibo support for Hong Kong police.

Here's a good recap:

Turbo Kid streaming on Prime. Don't really know how to describe it... maybe The Road Warrior with some RAD sprinkled in and turned up to 11. Ridiculous movie, definitely recommend giving it a watch.

Also @eddy , but definitely don't bring the kids along for this one.

I saw it a few years ago, but can’t recall why I gave it a shot. It was surprisingly good, and I’d recommend it, as well.

Exclusive: ‘Borat 2’ Has Already Been Shot and Screened by Sacha Baron Cohen
Last month, we noticed social media reports about Sacha Baron Cohen shooting something in Los Angeles as one of his most beloved characters, and today Collider can exclusively report that Borat 2 has already been shot and even screened for a select few industry types.

Plot details remain vague, but what we know is that Borat is no longer the little-known Kazakh TV personality he played in the original 2006 movie. The public knows who he is now, so he has to go “undercover” to interview people. One source described the film as “Cohen playing Borat playing Cohen,” but since we published this story, another source reached out to refute that description while still confirming the project’s existence.

We need more Rick Moranis (I know, he'll be in another 'Honey, I Shrunk the Kids').
