Does anyone remember the source of that Juggernaut quote? When I saw it in X3, I lost it. My buddy showed me this video more than a decade ago, and it's got a lot of great lines in it.

I'd say it's NSFW, but since we're all working from home, **** it:

Comb yo beard.

The quote comes from a parody dub from the early days of YouTube. It actually may have been pre-YouTube. Around 2005/2006. It was similar to those GI Joe PSA dubs (and around that same time I think).

Haha I thought you were asking if that was the origin. My bad.

Sidenote: I miss early YouTube. That X-Men video, the GI Joe PSAs, Red vs Blue.

It's one of those videos that I remember seeing ages ago. This one, Numa Numa guy, and Evolution of Dance are probably the three videos that I remember the most from way back when YouTube first started, though I swear the X-Men video was on another platform originally.

Wouldn't surprise me if it was like the GI Joe videos and was first on ebaumsworld.

TIL that not only did they make a Deep Blue Sea 2, but also a Deep Blue Sea 3.

And it wasn't called Deep Blue Three?

That’s officially the most thought anyone has put into the movie.

This is basically a Christopher Guest mockumentary.

When I used to work with a good buddy of mine, we were in the same boat. Multiple times per day. You are not pathetic - at least, not because of this - so don't make me smack you with my pimp cane.

I'm the same way, only with the Fensler Films GI Joe clips. I probably shout "Pork chop sandwiches!" to one of my kids at least once a week if not more.

This is basically a Christopher Guest mockumentary.
Corridor Digital did a VFX Artists React segment on this movie, and it was sheer comedy.

Very much a pass.

Not even Netflix.

Those NTP66s at Netflix added Jurassic Park, but not in 4k.

The 4k disc of JP is pretty underwhelming as far as the format goes.

Yeah, I wonder if the source film can only upscale so much?

I watched a few scenes earlier, and it somehow looks atrocious on Netflix. I don’t know what they did, but it’s a major disservice to the film.

I thought 35mm and 4k were broadly equivalent in res? (That's an over-simplification)

If you’ve got Netflix, check it out. It’s super grainy with a good bit of pixelation.
