The documentary really shows both sides, and how the work ethic and expectations of a safe work environment are different in Chinese and American cultures.

One of the few common traits between the Chinese and American management teams is that they equally loathe labor unions. :lol:

The episode of Hot Ones she's on is pretty funny -- she's all pretty cool about all of the sauces, and then she gets to Da Bomb and is immediately all kinds of destroyed.
