All hail Satan.

Also, Pee-wee's Big Adventure is near the top of the list for bike movies.

“If you remove the most popular characters from a movie, it isn’t any good.”

- Jim

The problem is that they aren't actually in it very much. Maybe 3 scenes of note. They are the C-plot at very best. So yeah, when the other 90+% of the movie sucks... then the movie is not good.

The point stands. Slap Shot is not a good move. Cry to your mommys if you want.

What makes a movie “good” Slapshot is infinitely watchable but it’s not an award winner. Like Step Brothers. I don’t think anyone would say it’s a good movie but funny and rewatchable? For sure. These are the types of movies that if you see on you’ll usually leave them on.

The discussion is stemming from it being on lists as the best hockey movie. There aren't many hockey movies to compete, but SS is certainly not the best of that short list.

Ooooh man. That's awesome.

BTW, I've definitely been those people at Hook & Ladder 8 taking pictures of myself. They had the Ghostbusters 2 no ghost sign hanging inside.

My wife loves Paul Rudd. Like he is her hall pass. She knows I'm obsessed with Ghostbusters, this will now get her on board haha.

When we were in NYC in 2017 we went to that firestation, it was under construction/repair but it was still cool to see.

It bothers me that I'm just now learning that Jerry Orbach voiced Lumiere.

You didn't know that the candelabra that sounds like a French Jerry Orbach was Jerry Orbach doing a French accent?

Also, Howard Ashman was so insanely talented...

A random nugget, my classmate from grade school (we rode the bus together for eight years) is a songwriter/playwright and wrote virtually all of the songs for Vampirina.

 It never occurred to me that somebody had to voice it. Clearly that’s just how French candles sound.
