The Rock is the man, the other two can go kick rocks.
And this is why Diesel is so sad and salty.
The F&F movies went up in flames after Walker died...

Yes. Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel (and Tyrese) despise each other, so this was a way to keep the biggest movie star in the world in the fold while continuing the rest of the Fast & Furious universe.
So Tyrese basically torpedoed his only source of income because he picked a beef with the highest-paid movie star on the planet? What a dummy. I remember that ridiculous rant he went on Instagram last year.

There's Vin/Rock acrimony too?
It started with Vin and The Rock, notably Diesel not liking the notion that adding Johnson to the franchise saved it or increased it's fandom. Diesel started acting like a whiny dodint on set and got nonsense things like contractual guarantees of not losing a fight to Johnson. The end result was separating the two stars, Diesel sticking with F&F and Johnson getting his spinoff series with a now good guy Statham. Johnson being who he is and the star power he brings, his spinoff got prioritized over Fast and Furious 37, which is what set Tyrese (who needs child support money) on his looney ass rant.
Rock called Vin out for being a "diva", sitting in his trailer and not knowing his lines.

Should've kept that in the locker room.

Speaking of wrestlers who now act ( ), Bumblebee was pretty good. Cena was a bit hammy in an 80s action star/villain way, but it was one of the better Transformer movies - and under two hours as well!

I'm surprised this was released before End Game. Seems odd. Looks great though.

So there are separate threads for both Marvel and Star Wars movies? Is the Movie Thread basically the Oscars at this point, ignoring the movies that people actually see?

It's more to weed out spoilery content than anything imo.

Could this movie end at the beginning of infinity war or are we going to get some Dr Strange timey wimey stuff to erase Spidey from being in that movie?

It comes out after End Game, so we have to assume all is well...with Spidey at least.

Evidently Netflix & Hulu are both producing Fyre Festival docs, and they are having a beef about it.

Can wait for the doc about that.

Paramount is developing a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film that will relaunch the studio's movie franchise based on the popular crimefighters.
I was mildly excited until I saw this:
Filmmaker Michael Bay will be returning to produce the project under his Platinum Dunes banner alongside Andrew Form and Brad Fuller.
Hard pass.
