I have to be honest, these table reads are boring as **** and I hate their dumb smiles. I feel like these virtual table reads are done for an audience of themselves.

We watched the whole thing last night. When they said "technical difficulties" limited them to an hour, I think that was code for "Shia is super baked, and this is the best we got".

Watched The Dream Team. I used to watch this movie on loop as a kid. It's still wonderful.

Without looking, can you guess the 10 deadliest action heroes of all time (on screen kills), and how many kills they racked up in total? Some of them are obvious, and some are just surprising.
  1. Milla Jovovich – 1,296
  2. Jet Li – 1,076
  3. Dolph Lundgren - 919
  4. Arnold Schwarzenegger - 842
  5. Chow Yun-Fat - 810
  6. Sylvester Stallone - 786
  7. Jason Statham - 718
  8. Kevin Costner - 670
  9. Wesley Snipes - 593
  10. Nicholas Cage – 571

Tom Cruise is officially going to space for his next movie
Plans for Tom Cruise’s outer space film with Elon Musk have been finalised, with the trip now scheduled for 2021.

The pioneering movie was announced earlier this year, confirming that Cruise had teamed up with Musk and NASA to film a new movie in outer space, set to be directed by Edge of Tomorrow‘s Doug Liman.

The project is now firmly on its way, as Space Shuttle Almanac confirmed on Twitter that the Axiom Space Station, piloted by Commander Michael Lopez-Alegria, will set off on a tourist mission in October 2021 with Cruise and Liman on board.

Pulled out the last starfighter to watch and kids picked sister act instead and then left about 20 minutes in. Not sure what happened here, but I guess I enjoyed it. I remember back in the habit being a better movie. First one is downright terrible at times, but I think that's also the early 90s for you.

Given his rather extreme religious views, I'm sort of anxious to see what "Jesus: The Sequel" looks like.

How many people were on Alderaan? The planets zorched by Starkiller Base? How many people were on Starkiller Base? Star Wars is basically just an exercise in mass murder. But Joseph Campbell never wrote a book about that.

Also, the funny thing about Chow Yun Fat's death count on that list is he generally plays cops, right?

Yes. He was a smarmy WASPish ad exec on Mad Men, and the smarmy double dealing businessman on Das Boot (TV Series).
