No, they're not.

I thought about a short too. It just seems weird that it works fine after pulling the cord from on, to off, back to on. I even shook the light assembly a bit to see if it would go off due to the motion and it didn't.

If I had to make a completely dumb dumb, I have no idea what I'm doing, guess it might be the switch connected to the pull chain in the fixture itself that has an issue that turning it off and on at the source is fixing, but when there's a new jolt of electricity (turning on from the light switch), it causes a problem.

Pretty sure they're less than $10 to buy a new one and replace it. But I have no way of testing the ceiling fan to know if that's actually the issue or not.

was just out furniture shopping at this huge outlet outside of Charlotte and I got some good laughs at the price of some things. Like chairs I wouldn’t consider if they were free

One of them had a suggested retail of $8k and a “discounted price” of $2k. And keep in mind this isn’t some super ornate huge lounge chair. It was just kind of like…a chair

I think it's like mattress shopping. Retail outlets sell models that can't be cross shopped easily because they use their own brand and model numbers even though the product is the same and came from the same manufacturer in China.

We get all our furniture from Sheely's as advertised by your Pittsburgh Penguins. It's legit, reasonable and has never let us down. Not that it helps in Charlotte.

We bought an Amish dining table and chairs there in 2015 and it's held up like nothing we've ever bought. Used every day and looks pretty much like the day we bought it.
