Kennywood doing that and not thinking that people would notice or that yinzers wouldn’t be pissed shows how out of touch the non-family ownership is with the area.

This was my immediate reaction when I saw that post. Like, "Wait.... they did what?"

This was my immediate reaction when I saw that post. Like, "Wait.... they did what?"

Probably not the best place for it, but this isn't the only bad press Kennywood has received lately. Crowds are pissed at the unannounced ride closures, concession/merch stands being closed, and long wait lines due to only using one train on each coaster. Kennywood's excuse is they haven't been able to attract enough staff. AKA, their wages are trash.

Wait people on here are hating on him? Outside of this board, I've seen nothing but love for JuJu. Except one lady at the little league game dodinting about him driving his BMW too fast on the Homestead Grays bridge...

I think it's possible to be a good kid (yes, he's 14 years younger than me, he's a "kid"

) and crave/love attention. But I don't think that's a product of Juju. I think that's a product of growing up in the social media influencer/Instagram/Twitter etc era. I would much rather he do goofy stuff like this than go full-blown thug life like so many other athletes and flash guns/cash/etc. Good for him.
