I don't think the head coach is making defensive player substitutions during a 2-minute drill.
So you don't think Tomlin is responsible for anything that happens during a game?

The general lack of mental discipline has been a hallmark of the Tomlin era. But 95% of your gripes today have to do with individual player mistakes that have nothing to do with coaching.
