I have been playing a frustrating game of email tag (really just unidirectional kvetching) with regards to customer service with a retailer we frequent.
they told me a response would be 2 business days (after a few other comments).
this was on thursday june 28 and 11:55AM. My question is, what constitutes two business days for you in this example?
Monday beginning of business day?
Monday at 11:55 AM?
Tuesday beginning of business day?
Wednesday beginning of business day?
I tried to contact them today and they said '2 business days'
