(Not a quote, but one of my favorite gags in that movie is right after the don't-cross-the-streams line. Egon is on the left, Ray is on the right. Venkman says, "Ray, take the left. Egon, take the right," making the guys crisscross. It made me giggle when I first saw the movie and I still find it funny.)
