Pretty good Captain Marvel explainer from IMdB:

https://www.imdb.com/list/ls025720609/v ... 1370929945

I knew of Carol Danvers, but didn't know her relationship to the Kree...so Lee Pace and Djimon Hounsou are in this film.

Deadpool 2 getting mixed reviews: https://www.gamesradar.com//mostly-just ... eadpool-2/
At this point Deadpool 2 is better reviewed than Deadpool.

'Mostly just a carbon copy'......... so? That's sort of all I want. They're not doing a brain transplant, just break the 4th wall every now and then and make dick jokes. We're good.

Deadpool 2 was fun and went by quickly.

Not as good as the original but had some great moments.

Don’t want to spoil anything but there are two credits scenes. Stay all the way through.

I'm not worried about spoilering these movies for myself, so I went and read what the five post-credit scenes were.

1) They're canon.

2) Yup, everything I hate about superhero movies.

*sigh*

Depends on how you define scenes. There are two interruptions in the credits. Multiple scenes.

I fell asleep during Deadpool 2. It was very middle of the road and neither my wife or I found it very funny.

I just watched it this weekend. It wasn't bad, but overall I didn't find it to be anything special. Maybe mid-pack of the MCU, maybe just below middle.

Today the subreddit Thanos Did Nothing Wrong is banning half of its 626ish thousand subscribers in order to achieve balance in the community.

Finally saw Deadpool 2. It wasn't quite as good as the first one, but I still thoroughly enjoyed it. The only part that really bothered me was
The way they drew out the death scene... it wasn't funny, and got more annoying than Peter Jackson's fake fadeouts in Return of the King
