I don’t think there’s a battery mower on the market with enough of a charge for me to finish my lawn in one go, otherwise I would be more interested. A couple neighbors have them and the extreme level of silence is also kind of creepy.

I go through 2 and a half batteries to mow around 1/3 of an acre.

I just bought a 60 volt toro mower. Used half a battery on about 750 sq feet of lawn plus weed whacking

edit:
that was with idiotically high grass. also, by half battery I mean there were two out of four green lights on when I was done. I don't know if that means half empty, somewhere between half and 1/4 empty, or somewhere between half and 3/4 full.

I can mow 1/3 acre on a single battery charge. Are you standing on top of the thing in self-propel mode?

Or letting the grass grow to long. I have mine on lowest setting to cut the most and I only ever use more than half a charge if the lawn gets too long or I'm mulching leaves in the fall.

I love my Black & Decker. Little small for my new yard so it's just been sitting in storage. Was great for the Pittsburgh house, though.

Mine holds two batteries and you can switch between them when the first gets low.

And it's surprisingly loud, not much quieter than a gas mower. The percussive noise isn't there but the steady din is loud enough you have to put your podcast on high volume to hear it.

I have a Greenworks model, not self-propelled. And only one of my batteries is high capacity. My yard is also a pita the mow, trees everywhere, so I can't just go back and forth in a straight line.

I should open a business right now. I have the following I'm trying to sell:

Self-propelled push mower
Old timey motorless push mower
The electric mower mentioned above
Gas weed eater
Electric weed eater
Various chain saws; gas/electric.

This is in addition to the rider I sold mac last year. My in-laws were very into lawn care, but I don't have time for that so I pay a lawn service. All this **** is just taking up space.

If LITT, or anyone, wants the electric mower I'd give it to them for a very good price. It's a few years old. Would come with one charger and I believe one battery. Last year one of the batteries just stopped accepting a charge and I threw it away, been using the one from the leafblower. They're $120 on Amazon. So if you paid $30 for the mower and bought yourself a battery you'd be in a good spot for less than half what I paid for the mower. ($150 on $400). Or just run it on one battery and recharge every 1/4 acre.

I’ll take the motorless push mower

You have to hand deliver it though

It might be worth the effort, I almost stuck my foot in it while cleaning it for pictures.

It takes me 1.5 hours using a 6 foot mower to mow my lawn (weird flex)

Speaking of that rider, I'm trying to find it a new home this year. The hydrostat trans went kaput at the end of last season, and I honestly don't feel like swapping a new (used) one in. Figured maybe someone will want it for the big motor or big deck. My dad acquired a new riding mower late summer last year and the one he bought became his "back up" so he's no worse for wear.

Just rent one from Home Depot. How often are you actually going to use it? I did a day rental last year and did two houses, it was great.

Anyone have a power washer suggestion? I'd love to be able to get my vinyl fence, which is about 125 feet at it's furthest from an outdoor faucet. Electric or gas makes no never mind to me
I have a ryobi. Most of their tools are dogshit but the pressure washer I have is pretty solid.
I have a SunJoe from Amazon that's been killer. 3+ years no issues.
Which one do you have?
@meow
Your question had some answers and I bought this one for myself. I hope there are none left since you are slow.
