Need some help figuring out how to organize my garage.

Can't decide between the following:

https://www.homedepot.com/p/Flow-Wall-M ... /204181024

https://www.homedepot.com/p/Rubbermaid- ... 8-23-12140

Obviously there is a big cost differential. However, I like the flexibility of the first system - I can change it as I need to without having to put additional holes in my walls.

I'd like to hang various lawn/garden tools, ladder, etc. Also beekeeping equipment, suits, etc.

Any thoughts? Other ideas?
I'm all in on the FastTrack system, and highly recommend it.

I have even more rails that you can't see in the photo, including a hanging shelf for my fuel and oil.

If your next question is about garage lighting, I'd like to introduce you to a product that the vendor should be giving me kickbacks on...

Our water heater **** the bed. I called for hot water last night to do dishes and it was like twice as hot as usual. Weird. Wake up this morning and there’s no hot water for my shower. Anyone know if the supply chain for tanks is back to normal? I don’t want to shower at the gym for a week

I don't think there was ever an issue with them. They're generally pretty basic appliances.

I used Mr. Waterheater when ours went a week after we moved into our new house. I called them at 8am, they were here by 10, and had the new one in and the old one hauled away within 90 minutes. I think it was like $900 when all was said and done since they had to install an expansion tank as well.

That's not a bad price. Ours went about 2 years ago, and it was around $700 just for the unit.

Weird plumbing issue this morning. Keep in mind the house is three months old.

I went to flush the toilet this morning, and it really didn't drain. I came back to it about 30 minutes later and plunged it, thinking my kids put too much TP or something down there. Still nothing, but the bathtub started gurgling when plunging. Eventually, it drained down.

Later this morning, while my son was in the shower, I was in our bathroom and our toilet started to gurgle.

Nothing is backing up, and all was normal last night before going to bed. They were working on storm drains yesterday afternoon, which I think are tied into the municipal sewer system. Could that be it? Something blocking the sewer lines? I've been monitoring our neighborhood Facebook group, which the members of are quick to complain about everything, but nothing has been posted. It might just affect us, at the end of the newer homes.

Any chance your roof vent could be partially clogged?

Beat me to it. This or there is improper venting, which for a newer house I'd be shocked if it was the case.

Interesting about the venting. I wonder why now, after 3 months? Maybe a bird got caught in there. If it's still doing it when I get home, up on the roof I go.

Flushing has returned to normal. Perhaps it was a big fat trash panda or possum sitting on the roof vent this morning?

My garage is still raw plaster too. Lol. I feel like I should paint it but at this point what's the bother.
