Remodeled my previous house down to the studs and have no clue what a drywall lift is. Grow a pair and save your money.

Apologies for me not reading all the replies before responding that you don't need a drywall lift.

Just paid to have my water-pressure regulator replaced. No matter what I set it to, it would permit the pressure to slowly climb up to well over 100 psi, so it was clearly worn out.

I'm looking for a cabinet top light to brighten up a dark spot in my kitchen. (it's actually on top of my hutch). Smart lighting is desired for ease of turning on and off. Should I just go cheap LED and a smart plug?

Drywall lifts are helpful, but not necessary depending on your help.

Took advantage of the mild weather yesterday to spend a couple of hours cleaning out one half of my garage. I purged a ton of crap, man it felt good throwing so much junk away. I should have taken a before photo, but it really is a wonderful feeling.\

Yes, my floor is a mess. Don't hate.

I don't understand. Where are all of the cob webs, bags of unused top soil, and the unorganized mess of tools? This is no garage.

I have a small shed right now, but keep accumulating ****. I have a feeling that I'll eventually go the route of a large wooden shed, as well.

The other half of the garage has several work benches with a shelf underneath where all of my tools are. We also have a ton of shelving out there up against the house where we keep extra cleaning supplies, TP, paper towels, etc.

So once you have the new floor down, do you just put down black rubber mats under where you park the car to keep it clean?

Not at all. Epoxy's very durable, and the only thing you really need to worry about are dragging sharp, heavy metal objects across the floor and chemicals like battery acid. Cleans up with dish soap and water.

Wait you guys were serious about the floor? I guess I haven't been doing garages correctly.

Thanks.

A new garage floor is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy down my list of priorities, but I appreciate the info. I will be getting a new deck among other things long before that.

What should I expect to pay for a 30x50 concrete pad?
