Been there, done that. The entry cable, too.I would hope that nobody without a license would be attempting to install a new panel...

Source of the post I only use treated lumber for ground contact
I would fix it, and I can't imagine that it would cost more than a couple hundred bucks max. It's a very easy fix for any mason.I noticed a small brick piece on the roof of my back porch today. Looked up and saw that the chimney brick was damaged.
A few questions: would you bother fixing this? How or how much? And what the hell caused that?
AntifaAnd what the hell caused that?
Damn. Guess I need to find a mason.I would fix it, and I can't imagine that it would cost more than a couple hundred bucks max. It's a very easy fix for any mason.
That's what I was afraid of. My dad is CONVINCED a neighbor shot a pellet gun at it for some reason.AntifaAnd what the hell caused that?
I sided my first house. I learned so much. I learned so much, that I learned that I will NEVER do siding againthat feeling when I see the estimate cost to side my townhouse.
I expect it to be approved, if only to prove that regulations mean jack **** given how easy variances are to obtain.Have to apply for a variance to build my deck within the line of my house that's 10 feet from the line instead of the 15 for this municipality.
UGH. Seems like a hassle, but have to wait until July to have the hearing. Thanks COVID.
I would think so, I submitted the signatures of my right and left neighbors to be sure, but it's super annoying how I have to do all this extra legwork just to make sure the deck is in-line with my house. Otherwise, I have to flip the deck horizontally and I really don't want to do that.I expect it to be approved, if only to prove that regulations mean jack **** given how easy variances are to obtain.Have to apply for a variance to build my deck within the line of my house that's 10 feet from the line instead of the 15 for this municipality.
